Initiate Your Request
Log in to your Pipekit account and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all components and manuals are included to prevent damage during transit.
Label and Ship
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
